00:06: First, log in to your ItzHome account. Once you’re in, click on the Bookings
00:10: section. In the Bookings section, select the clean for which you want
00:14: to change the professional, and then click Manage Plan.
00:17: Here, you’ll see the option to Change Your Professional.
00:20: Enter the reason for the change, and then click Request Plan Change.
00:24: Once you’ve submitted your request, our local representative will give you a call to let
00:28: you know which professional will be covering the clean.
