00:05: To cancel a booking first login to your its home account.
00:08: Once you’re in your dashboard, go to the booking section from the sidebar, Next
00:13: select the booking you would like to cancel and click manage plan.
00:16: Here, you’ll see the option to cancel plan, click on it, and enter
00:20: the reason for the cancellation and then click request plan, change.
00:24: Once you’ve submitted your request, an email will be sent to your local representative and you’ll
00:28: receive a confirmation of your cancellation.
00:31: Now, let’s say you have a regular cleaning and you only want to cancel one specific day or time
00:35: to do this, click view all under your upcoming bookings.
00:40: Select the date and time of the session you’d like to cancel, then click manage.
00:44: Next click edit session to make changes to the specific booking from
00:49: the options of cancel plan.
